FAQ

Why does login or Calendar sometimes bounce me around?

Flowbase uses a local session plus Supabase auth. If the browser session is missing or stale, sign in again from the Login page so the app can rebuild your workspace state.

Why is billing showing a fetch error?

That usually means the app session is missing or the browser cannot reach the local API. Whop may still be connected, but Flowbase needs an active app session to load billing state.

Does Support send a real message?

The Contact page opens a direct email to the Flowbase support inbox, so your message reaches the team without a fake submit step.
